Location actual IN Venice is a 10 out of 10. Just gave it a 9 due to the noisy bar downstairs. Not a real issue for us but if you want to sleep early AND are a light sleeper then it COULD be for some

The rooms are clean and fresh, and well-stocked with amenities. Only downside was that we found the mattresses to be a bit soft, but that is a personal preference and others may find them to be perfect.
