The friendliest and nicest receptionist I’ve ever met in my life! I forgot to ask her name… But she has a lovely dog named Koby (again I’m not sure about the name haha). She let me know about which waterbus I should take, taught me some Italians. Thanks to her, my Venice stay was upgraded to better :)

Actually only problem was wifi as it was very slow and I needed to do some remote work on my laptop, I ended up using free wifi from the bar nextdoor.
