la habitación está muy bien decorada. Nos ha gustado mucho. La cama es muy cómoda.

cuesta trabajo encontrar el hotel. Pero la ubicación es excelente; nos permitió acceder a todos los puntos de la ciudad. Además está muy cerca del puente de Rialto y del embarcadero.

Se esfuerzan por agradar. El último día, la señora de recepción (encantadora) nos ofreció guardar nuestro equipaje por unas horas e incluso entrar en el baño al ir a recogerlas. Las señoras del office del desayuno son fantásticas (especialmente Francesca), agradables y hacen lo posible para que disfrutemos del hotel y del desayuno.

Great room. Small of course, but clean & was happy with the wardrobe space for our suitcase and glad that the TV connected to Netflix. We had an infestation of large mosquitoes which made our stay a little uncomfortable, so we spent time getting rid of them before we could sleep comfortably, without being bitten.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main areas. The only thing is the bar/restaurant downstairs gets quite busy and sometimes we would have to try to get through the crowd just to get back to the hotel. Other than this, it was a great location!

Happy with the cleanliness of the room & bathroom. The only issue we had was with the huge mosquitoes. I think on our first night we had killed 6 or 7 of them that were in our room and then on average about 2 or 3 in the nights that followed.

The two sisters who worked at reception were so lovely & friendly. The woman who checked us in was especially lovely. She made us feel welcome & was super helpful!

For the location & cleanliness the price was worth it. The room was quite small, but it was fine as long as we had a comfortable place to stay when we were not out sightseeing.
